Job Summary

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all clients to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance in-person, over the phone, mail, and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer queries and concerns. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate issues across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience with general computer troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required(Associate Degree or better in an IT or business-related field preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to learn new systems and technology
  • Personal interest in computers, networking, and technology
  • 1+ years’ experience in a retail, customer service, and/or administrative role preferred but not required.

     

Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and working with customers up front regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information and correspondence in the customer ticketing system during and after each call.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies and services.
  • Update customers on repair statuses, collect additional information, quote for parts and labor.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, letters, instructional documents, and other correspondence.
  • Create and maintain filing and organizational systems, both electronic and physical
  • Maintain office cleanliness.
  • Expect that overtime may be assigned during times of absence, higher workload, or when short-staffed.
